RUNA is a new casual fine dining restaurant in central Stockholm, where Nordic precision meets Peruvian soul. Our bar is an extension of the kitchen, focused on flavour, balance, and storytelling.

About the Role

As Bartender, you craft cocktails, pour wine and beverages, and create a warm, engaging bar experience. You work closely with the Bar Manager and service team to deliver a coherent beverage journey for our guests.

Sommelier studies, WSET or similar certifications, or strong wine experience are highly meritorious.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks according to RUNA standards.

• Engage guests at the bar with a welcoming, knowledgeable approach.

• Support the dining room with wine and beverage service during busy periods.

• Follow recipes and specs while maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Maintain bar mise en place, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory.

• Contribute ideas to cocktail and beverage development.

• Uphold responsible service of alcohol and follow all safety and legal guidelines.

Who You Are

• Experience as Bartender in a cocktail bar or quality restaurant.

• Confident with classic cocktails and interested in creative, seasonal drinks.

• Strong interest in wine; sommelier or WSET education is a clear plus.

• Guest-focused, calm under pressure, and a team player.

• Humble, curious, and open to feedback – you care about getting better every day.

• Motivated to invest in the place you work and be part of a stable, growing team.

• Fluent in English; Swedish or other languages are meritorious.

• Flexible regarding evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Right to work in Sweden.
