Hovmästare
Lead the floor of a new casual fine dining restaurant. Shape service, wine experience and team culture in a house where passion and low ego matter more than titles.
About RUNA
RUNA is a new casual fine dining restaurant in central Stockholm, where Nordic precision meets Peruvian soul. We are built on storytelling, warmth, and high-level execution.
About the Role
As Hovmästare, you are the heart of the dining room. You lead the service team, own the guest flow, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, guided, and cared for. You work closely with the Director of Operations, Bar Manager, and kitchen leadership and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when the Operations/Restaurant Manager is not on site.
Experience or certification as a Sommelier is highly meritorious, as you will help drive our wine and beverage experience.
Our Culture – Passion Over a Golden CV
At RUNA, passion matters more than a perfect CV. We look for people who want to build something with us, grow in their careers, and treat the restaurant as if it were their own. We are not interested in constant staff rotation – we invest in people who want to invest in us.
We work as one team without big egos. Everyone’s voice is heard, and we expect ideas, feedback, and contributions from all colleagues. You don’t just work for us – you work with us, and you are part of shaping what RUNA becomes.

About RUNA
At RUNA, every dish begins with two protagonists: one Nordic, one Peruvian. Each plate carries a story of land, climate, and human touch. The bar follows the same philosophy, where Pisco leads the dialogue, reimagined through Nordic ingredients and techniques.
RUNA is casual fine dining without rigidity. Precise, but human. Elevated, yet warm. Service is storytelling never scripted, never distant. RUNA is the magic and the man. The symbol and the people. The secret and the song.
