About the Role

As Waiter / Server at RUNA, you guide guests through their entire experience – from first greeting to final farewell. You present food and drinks, read the room, and work closely with the rest of the team to deliver relaxed but precise service.

Sommelier studies, WSET or similar certifications, or strong wine interest are highly meritorious, as you will actively contribute to our wine and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your own section and ensure a warm, professional guest journey.

• Welcome guests, present the menu, and explain dishes and concept.

• Recommend food, wine, and beverage choices in line with guest preferences.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and manage payments accurately.

• Support wine and beverage service together with the bar and senior FOH.

• Handle guest feedback and minor service recovery with calm and care.

• Help with opening, closing, and daily setup/cleanup of the dining room.

• Work closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and coordinated.

Who You Are

• Experience as Waiter / Server in a quality-focused restaurant.

• Comfortable carrying a section and staying organised in a busy service.

• Strong interest in wine and beverages; sommelier or WSET studies are a plus.

• Warm, attentive, and confident in guest communication.

• Low ego, high teamwork – you support others and value a good atmosphere.

• Looking for a place to grow and stay, not just “any job”.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Available for evening and weekend shifts.

• Right to work in Sweden.
